ITEM CONDITION:

A = MINT (95-100) - Item is in similar condition as a new item.
A- = EXCELLENT (90 and up) - Item looks really nice
B = GREAT (75 and up) - Not new but still looks pretty good
C = GOOD (50 and up) - Item is working, no major damages
F = POOR (0 and up) - Item looks bad

Use this as a guide to the condition of the item. Sometimes we will use NEAR MINT or GEM MINT, etc. For items with cases(cds), we will only describe if it is damaged or cracked.

If an item comes with accessories, for example, a MANUAL, it will be listed "WITH MANUAL". Or, if it comes with case and manual it will be listed as COMPLETE.

SHIPPING:

Most orders are processed in 1-3 days from the date payment is recieved. Most orders are shipped air mail about 3-7 days. A shipment number will be email to you or an email notification will be send once the package ships.

The faster the payment is received the faster it is processed. EXPRESS MAIL USA is $20 (small items). International EXPRESS is $35 to most locations. If the item is large please contact us.

Insurance is optional we are not responsible if item is damaged or loss if item is not insured.

PAYMENT:

PAYMENT ACCEPTED: CREDIT CARD (via PAYPAL or BIDPAY), MONEY ORDER, BANK/CASHIER CHECK, PERSONAL CHECK(10 days delay) .

Payment is due 10 days from purchase. We accept most types of payments. Any questions please email.

TRADE-IN:

For most items, trade-in is about 50% of the selling price. So for $40 we will trade in for $20. If you want to sell them for cash, the rate is 40% for selling price. Email me if interested.

Here's how it works:
1) Pay for the items you purchased
2) I will send the items you purchased and you send the items you want to trade-in.
3) Once the item arrives i will refund the trade in value.

Always make sure to include a NOTE on why you are sending the package, or print emails.

RETURN POLICY:

If there is a problem with the item the buyer can send the item back for an exchange,
if no exchange available then a refund is issued.
If an item is defective, 100% of item price will be refunded.
If item is working a 25% restocking fee will be charged, 75% of item price will be refunded.

Please send item back within one week of receipt and include a description of what the problem is.
Please include the item/order number.
